I haven't received my order confirmation email

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email yet, no worries! We send them out automatically right after your purchase, but sometimes they can land in your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still not there, it could be due to a small typo in the email address you provided. In that case, just reach out to us with your name, address and the correct email address, and we’ll quickly track down your order and resend the confirmation. No stress — we’ve got you covered!

Is it possible to cancel my order?

We do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, once an order has been placed, it usually can’t be cancelled — it’s already being packed and prepared for shipment. We understand this might be a little inconvenient, but our goal is to get your order to you without delay. Thank you so much for your understanding and for choosing us!

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, we get right to work! Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, after which your package is shipped out. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–14 business days (you’ll see exact estimates at checkout). As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer international shipping?

Absolutely. We ship worldwide so you can enjoy RelaxTouch wherever you are. Shipping time depends on your location, and you’ll see the exact details at checkout.

What if I didn't get my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry at all - we’ll get it sorted! First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for the latest updates. Sometimes delays can happen due to the carrier. If your order still doesn’t show up after the estimated delivery time, just reach out to us with your order details, and we’ll be happy to help track it down or find a solution for you.

However, if you haven’t received your order after 30 days of shippment — you’re eligible for a full refund!

How do I return a product?

We want you to be happy with your RelaxTouch.

If the item and packaging are undamaged and in resellable condition, your order is eligible for return within 30 days.

The only reason for a guaranteed return is if the product arrives defective or not working. Please contact us to arrange the return process — we’ll make it as smooth as possible.

What if my item is defective or damaged?

Every order is assembled and checked by hand before shipping to ensure quality, but once it leaves us, unexpected issues may still occur.

If your product arrives damaged or not working as expected, we’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund without hassle.

When will I receive my refund?

As soon as we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
